  Breakfast, lunch or dinner...this is a tasty place to have a meal. Whether you are in the mood for yummy blueberry pancakes, a fresh fish sandwich with sweet potatoe fries or a special dinner entre, you can get it here. DON'T COME ON TUESDAY though, they're not open, Great service. Workers shuck fresh oysters and boil crayfish right in the bar, and when weather allows, the huge glass doors are open. Wonderful.

  After arriving in Fulton/Rockport we discovered the Oyster House. We had lunch there two days in a row. Our server Brenda was superb.
  We decided to try breakfast there this morning. The dining room was full but our wait time was only 2-3 minutes. That was the end of the good service.
  We ordered and waited. Other patrons left and new ones arrived. My coffee was cool and I had to request a refill. My husband and I visited about the fact the waitress did not ask how I wanted my egg. We sat and waited. Other people who arrived long after we did were served their meals...and they did indeed look good. After 30 minutes I asked a gal to check on our meal. She said she would but went off to another table. There were 3 dark haired waitresses working along with Brenda. I don't know who our waitress was as she never came back nor did we receive our food. After an additional 10 minutes we got up to leave. I approached Brenda to pay for my coffee and after I explained our situation she would not let me pay. This experience was very HURTFUL. If you do wish to dine here ask for Brenda. I am sad that we were so ignored and don't know if we will try eating here again. We left and are at McDonalds.

  Great breakfast. Good value for the money. Service is the best. Omlettes are huge and ingredients are quality and plentiful. Nice views. Would highly recommend.

  I cannot tell you this is a bonafide review, as all totaled I spent less than 20 minutes here. The place looked very promising, and we arrived around 1:00 pm, mouth watering for fresh oysters. We had arrived in town just two days prior and were very much looking forward to this particular excursion.
  There were about four other tables in the place that had already been served......and were busy eating.
  We waited 15 whole minutes.....literally 15 minutes...and still had not been greeted, offered a beverage or acknowledged in any way whatsoever by the waitstaff, who walked past us no less than 7 times.....
  I could physically be dying from lack of oysters and would not even consider this place again.........
