  Breakfast New Years Day could have been uncomfortable in a new place. The owner welcomed us with "shots" (souffle cups) of ham n black-eyed peas. Food fresh, fast and made to order. Coffee awesome and continually filled. The entire staff functions as a team...result....spectacular....

  This is a nice little diner with inside seating and outside seating on the deck. They have great food, and the service is really good. They offer sweet sourdough instead of toast or biscuits for breakfast or instead of the bun on burgers and sandwiches. Their sweet sourdough is out of this world. For breakfast, make sure to come early as JJs is popular with both locals and tourists. You can also order food to go. The chicken salad or sandwiches, burgers, and breakfasts are really good. They also have fans on the deck that are great in the hot Texas summer months.

  For starters, i am in Rockport for my wedding and my son and i got hungry. So we found this place, and it is awesome. It feels like an old style cafe.. and the staff is very engaging and very good. The food here is also very good.
  
  I'm glad we found this place. Will come back next time we are here.
